01Agreement
These terms govern your use of Screentrino, operated by JS Digital. By using screentrino.com or the Screentrino app, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
02The service
Screentrino lets you style raw screenshots into App Store and Google Play listing images using device frames, backgrounds and templates, write and translate their text with AI, and export them or upload them straight to App Store Connect and Google Play. Styling and previewing is free. Exporting without the watermark and uploading to the stores require an export pass or an active subscription. AI writing and translation are available to signed-in users within the allowances shown on our pricing page: translation credits are given per day on the free plan, for the whole of an export pass, or per month on a subscription. Unused credits don't carry over to the next day, pass or month. We may change these allowances over time.
03Accounts
You need an account to save projects and export screenshots. You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
04Payments and subscriptions
- An export pass is a one-time payment that unlocks unlimited exports for 7 days from purchase.
- Monthly and annual plans renew automatically until cancelled, and can be cancelled anytime from your account — you keep access until the end of the period already paid for.
- All payments are processed by our payment provider, who acts as merchant of record and handles applicable tax. Prices shown are tax-inclusive.
- Refunds. You can get a full refund within 14 days of purchase as long as you haven't exported anything without the watermark. See our refund policy for full details. Refunds are processed by our payment provider.
- Starting your exports. Exporting without the watermark, or uploading to App Store Connect or Google Play, is receiving digital content straight away. The first time you do either on a purchase, the app asks you to confirm that your right to cancel ends once your files are created and downloaded or sent to a store. Once you have confirmed and downloaded files, refunds are not normally offered, except where the law of your country requires otherwise.
- Export records. To handle billing and refund requests fairly, we keep a record of your confirmation and of each export or upload made without the watermark (see our privacy policy).
05AI writing and translation
Text written or translated by AI is a suggestion. It can contain mistakes, or describe your app in a way that isn't accurate. You're responsible for checking it before you publish it, including that it follows Apple's and Google's rules for store listings.
06Connecting App Store Connect and Google Play
- Only add a key for an account you're allowed to manage. The key stays in your browser; see our privacy policy for how it's used.
- When you start an upload, you're telling Screentrino to change the screenshots on the app and version you picked. Uploads replace the screenshots already in those slots, and "Remove the old sizes" deletes screenshots in sizes Screentrino doesn't make.
- Check your listing in App Store Connect or Google Play Console before you submit it for review. Apple's and Google's own terms apply to your listing, and we aren't responsible for their review decisions or for problems on their side.
07Your content
You own the screenshots and images you upload to Screentrino, and you own the final exported images you create. We don't claim any rights to your app's screenshots or branding.
08Templates and assets
Backgrounds, templates, frames and fonts provided within Screentrino are licensed to you for use in screenshots you export from the service. You may not extract, resell or redistribute them as standalone assets outside of Screentrino.
09Acceptable use
Please don't use Screentrino to create misleading store listings, to infringe someone else's intellectual property, or to attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.
10Availability
We aim to keep Screentrino available and reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update or change features over time.
11Limitation of liability
Screentrino is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, JS Digital isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service, including issues with your app store listing that result from exported or uploaded images, or from AI-written text.
12Termination
You can stop using Screentrino and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.
13Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
